Our Content: The Service contains content owned by or licensed to TruelyRated and Yeh Safar Hamara Hai, including data from the Google Places API. Our Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use Our Content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Content: The Service displays reviews and business information from Google. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this third-party data. Please see our Disclaimer for more information.

3. Content Moderation and Takedown Policy

While we do not pre-screen content, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, reviews that are fake, paid, malicious, or contain prohibited content. If you believe a review violates our policies, please report it to us via our Contact Page. We will investigate the claim and take appropriate action. We are not obligated to remove any content, and the interpretation of our policies is at our sole discretion.

4. Business Claims

Business owners may claim their business profiles by submitting verification information. We reserve the right to approve or deny claims at our sole discretion. Claiming a business allows you to respond to reviews but does not permit you to remove or alter user-submitted reviews, except through our standard content moderation process.
